Pro (£499/mo) includes all 8 assistants plus Retention and Business Manager for up to 5,000 conversations.
- Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
- No setup fees. The subscription price covers the software, AI conversations within your plan limit and standard support. If you exceed your conversation limit, you can upgrade or purchase additional message bundles.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Is the price per user or per business?
- Pricing is per business account, not per user. You can add your team members, field staff and subcontractors to the same account at no extra charge.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- We do not offer a free trial. You can subscribe to any plan and cancel within 14 days if the software does not meet your needs. See our refund policy for full details.
