Cookie policy

What we store on your device, why we store it, and how to turn it off.

Last updated 6 September 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) used on businessrunai.com and inside the BusinessRunAI app. It sits alongside our privacy notice.

Strictly necessary

  • Sign-in session — our authentication provider (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase) stores your session token in your browser so you stay signed in and your account stays secure. Cleared when you sign out.
  • Checkout — Stripe sets cookies on its embedded checkout and payment components for fraud prevention and to complete your payment. See Stripe's own cookie policy.

These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in or payment, so we do not ask for consent for them.

Analytics

  • Google Analytics 4 — we load Google's gtag script and it sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_<id>, usually lasting up to two years) to count visits, see which pages and buttons are used, and measure sign-ups and subscriptions. We record events such as page views, starting checkout and completing a subscription. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.

What we do not use

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertising networks.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and checkout from working. Most browsers also offer a "do not track" or tracking-protection setting.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if the tools we use change. Questions about cookies or your data can go to privacy@businessrunai.com.
