There is no free trial. Payment is taken when you subscribe, billing is monthly after that, and the Business Run AI package at £299 a month is covered by our 30 day money-back guarantee, so you can leave in the first month at no cost.

Our 30 day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us at support@businessrunai.com with the order details from your receipt email and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take a few working days to show the credit.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
