If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your receipt email, or contact us at support@businessrunai.com and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the credit. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to all orders.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
